1. "No Worries." There are no worries in this class. Don't worry about making mistakes or getting something wrong.
Making mistakes is an important part of learning. We will all make mistakes in this class. We don't worry, because we are all here to learn and support each other.
2. Ask Questions! I love questions. I would rather spend the entire class answering your math questions than working on my lesson plan. Students can raise their hands, to ask math questions, at any time. If I don't see your hand I encourage you to politely interrupt me and say, "Mr. Urban, I have a question."
